Discover Kids Club

A healthy generation grows up here, Oasis Fit is a space for everyone, even the youngest! Taking care of our members is our top priority. We understand the hassle of finding someone to watch over the little ones while you relish your self-care time. Our Kids Club is designed to allow your kid(s) to integrate with others. Knowing your kid(s) are in a safe and fun environment will make participating in your favorite workout more enjoyable.

Kids Room Policies & Procedures:

  • The Kids Club welcomes children aged between 3 and 11 years old. Children who are 11 to 14 years old are permitted to stay at the club unaccompanied by adults.
  • It is mandatory for all children to have a signed waiver. Customer service advisors are responsible for verifying the presence of a signed waiver every time a child is admitted to the club.
  • Each membership allows for the inclusion of one child as a maximum for the kids club. If there are additional children accompanying a member, a fee of $20 per child will be charged for a maximum duration of two hours.
  • The Kids Club has a maximum capacity of 9 children at any given time. Priority will be given to children who have made reservations in order to manage the capacity effectively.
  • Parents are not permitted to decide the content displayed on TVs and games. However, rest assured that we only allow material that is age-appropriate and rated G or suitable for General Audiences.
  • Kids are welcome to work on their homework or engage in drawing activities within the Kids Club. However, it is important to note that advisors are not responsible for teaching or tutoring the homework. They will provide a supportive environment for independent study and creative expression.
  • Please bring your child directly to the kids club room before starting your workout. the maximum time a child may stay in the kids club room is two hours.
  • Children are not allowed in the workout area before, after, or during class. 
  • Children will be released to the person who dropped them off or a person authorized by the parent. 
  • To ensure the comfort and safety of all children, younger kids must be potty trained and capable of independently using the bathroom. We are unable to provide diaper changing services within the Kids Club.
  • If a child exhibits aggressive behavior or displays signs of discomfort such as crying, screaming, or any other distressing signs, the advisors will immediately contact the child’s mother, father, or responsible person to arrange for the child to be picked up promptly. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children is our utmost priority.
  • If a child needs to use the bathroom, parents will be notified and asked to accompany the child to the bathroom and return the child to the kids club before returning to class. preferably take your kid to the bathroom before the class to not be interrupted. 
  • Medications will not be administered by the kids club staff. 
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed. make sure you take care of any necessary needs before or after your child’s attendance inside the kids club. only water will be provided. 
  • Photography authorization: photos may be taken and used to promote kids club at oasis fit. by signing this, the parent/guardian gives permission for your child’s picture to be on the oasis fit website, social media, and/or other means of marketing such as newspaper advertisements. 
  • We encourage parents to book their children’s visit to the Kids Club in advance. This will ensure their child’s spot and facilitate the smooth operation of the club.
  • For spa services, children must remain with their parents during the service. However, parents, whether they are Oasis Fit members or not, have the option to leave their children under the care of an Oasis Fit advisor inside the Kids Club by paying the designated fee or booking their child’s spot. This service is available exclusively for parents who are Oasis Fit members.
By implementing these rules and policies, we aim to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all children attending our Kids Club, while offering additional options for parents to enjoy spa services while ensuring their child's well-being under the care of our trusted advisors.
