My passion for this career started when we used to wear leotards over our leggings!! I’ve been involved with sports since I was a teenager, athletism was the kick start. I held various certifications, as Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Reiki practitioner and Yoga, which have let me create a variety of unique, tough, exclusive and exciting classes. Get ready for the unpredictable.
Get ready to challenge yourself in the way nobody challenged you before. No class is like the other!!

“Listen to your body and it will tell you what it needs.”
I started to teach Pilates as an addition to my Yoga teaching. As I learned more about Pilates, I realized how powerfully healing this practice is. From my students, I learned how to work with different bodies and varying levels of experience and aptitude. In my classes, you’ll learn how to work with each group of muscles individually, pay attention to small details within your body, and understand how small and slow movements could make you physically, mentally, and emotionally strong.
How do you motivate your students?
I encourage you to explore yourself constantly, not only in your mat or reformer but mostly in your daily life.

With almost 20 years of experience as a dance instructor and a good time working for the most distinguished fitness centers in Bogota, I moved to Florida in late 2012 to join the crew at various clubs in Aventura and Hallandale, and also to be a Zumba Corp Talent. That makes me part of various projects for the company such as worldwide Zumba master classes presenter, Orlando ZIN Convention presenter, a model for Zumba apparel, choreographer for videos, and Zumba Cruise among others.
Nowadays, I’m achieving to be one of the best-recognized instructors in the area with high popularity classes and being part of the health and fitness movement, with no doubt changing anyone’s life. I work in music production, of my own songs for Zumba worldwide as “Jeison El Brother”, my stage name, combining my passion for dancing at the same time. In my class, we will always have fun and enjoy every second as a party!

I began her dynamic, artistic journey early on. Exploring personal expression through movement by dancing, performing, drawing, creative writing, I eventually found purposeful meaning through yoga, professional dance, fitness and nutrition. By pursuing a healthier and mindful lifestyle, I achieved a personal weight loss of 60+ pounds; and inspired to motivate, inspire others as well, becoming a wellness practitioner. I am a professional dancer and have completed training / certification in Hot Yoga 200RYT, Mat Pilates, Virya HIIT, and Reiki Level 1.

“Don’t give up when things are hard. The best things in your life took hard work. Being and staying healthy and strong can be hard work, nothing is more important and you’re worth the work!”
When I started practicing yoga after my first baby was born, 25 years ago, I quickly realized that it was more than just a workout. I had a new baby and a challenging job as a high school teacher for kids with special needs. I craved my practice to keep me balanced in my body and to keep me calm and peaceful in my mind and heart. Practicing and teaching yoga has been a blessing in my life that has kept me centered and strong even in tough times. It is my passion to help others dig deep into themselves to find strength and flexibility not just in their physical body, but in their spirit as well. We all have immense strength and when we know it and feel it, we can move mountains. In my classes, yogis can expect to work hard, be challenged, definitely sweat, and have fun, all with the goal of gaining more strength and flexibility, body, and mind.
How do you motivate your students?
Challenging people to keep going even when the practice is hard and the room is super hot. I always praise the good and give honest feedback. I have immense faith in people and their abilities to do things that sometimes they may not even know they can, yet! And they do!

Hey there, I’m Stefano, and I’ve been immersed in weight training and jiu-jitsu for five years now.
My approach to fitness is as flexible as my training style—I adapt to each client’s unique needs and preferences. It’s all about the mental game; I firmly believe that your thoughts shape your reality. With that mindset, I’m passionate about empowering my clients to achieve their goals, sometimes even more excited than they are about their progress! I thrive on continual learning, always seeking to expand my knowledge.
If I encounter something I don’t know, I’m upfront about it, diving into research to provide the best possible answers.

As a yoga teacher, I’m always searching, looking, and finding a way to make my students feel complete in their own skin.
How do you motivate your students? My intention is to make my students feel completely comfortable in their own skin. Teach them to listen to their bodies. Cultivating strength, flexibility, stability, awareness, and a new sense of well being while they flow and connect with their breathing.
