Welcome! I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Indoor Cycling, Barre & Pilates Instructor with a passion for health and wellness. I strive to always continue my education so I can help you exceed your goals with safe and effective workouts. The truth is I am SO passionate about what I do, I am ready to share everything I have learned with you. I love to continue spicing up our sessions and to test the limits while always providing options to challenge you. From energy, excitement, heart-pumping music and lots (!!!) of cheering from me in cycling… to the awareness, precision, balance, and control in Barre & Pilates, I would love for you to join me!

How do you motivate your students?

By continuing to remind you that YOU are in control of your body. It’s the simple reminder to take a breath and find your balance. You showed up and that was the hardest part! Simply enjoy the moment.
