My passion for this career started when we used to wear leotards over our leggings!! I’ve been involved with sports since I was a teenager, athletism was the kick start. I held various certifications, as Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Reiki practitioner and Yoga, which have let me create a variety of unique, tough, exclusive and exciting classes. Get ready for the unpredictable.

How do you motivate your students?

My super power is my energy! I’m not going to let you down, not even when you think you can’t give more… Your safety is my priority, but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to push you!!!
