Vasper
According to Vasper Systems, working on the Vasper machine for just 21 minutes can achieve the same benefits as two hours of physical exercise. The liquid cooling, compression, and interval training combination are what drive your body’s production of growth and recovery hormones that produce a leaner physique and help you maintain it longer.
ARX
Don’t let yourself be limited by traditional weight training when there’s ARX (Adaptive Resistance Training), which creates an unlimited resistance-focused exercise based on your current potential and aims towards exceeding your maximum strength without causing as much harm and stress to your body that weight training could possibly bring. Your only competition is yourself throughout each workout. Every round is a round competing against your past results. After each 12-minute session, you can get your statistics sent to you through email in order to compare and contrast your progress and most importantly, see where you currently stand.
